I hold a Master’s degree in Holistic Health and Healing and have been in private practice since 1991. I’m a certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master, doula, massage therapist, and energy healer. I’ve spent my life weaving traditional wisdom with modern transformation.

And my deepest learning has come from life itself.

I homebirthed and raised four children, and mothering, in all its raw beauty and complexity, has been some of my most powerful and humbling work. It taught me to surrender, to lead with love, to trust the process, and to hold space in the truest way.

I lived and sailed with my children for a year at sea. I traveled to India and worked side by side with Mother Teresa of Calcutta. I studied with some of the original gurus and swamis who came to the U.S. in the ’80s and ’90s. I learned shiatsu, massage, and energy healing long before “holistic” became a trend.

I’ve spent the past five years immersed in Andean shamanism, learning from medicine people in Peru. And for the last three years, I’ve guided cacao ceremonies, in person, online, and in private and group settings, a sacred sharing to open hearts and reconnect to our wisdom.

I’m also a creator. I wrote the children’s book The Yellow Coat and produced Birth of a Family, a holistic birth film honoring the sacred path of motherhood. I founded Infinite Mother, a deeply supportive course for women preparing for birth, postpartum, and the profound transformation of becoming a mother.

Through that work, I came to a profound realization:
Birthing a child and birthing a dream are reflections of the same sacred process.
Both require courage, trust, devotion, and a willingness to step through the unknown. Both are initiations.

And that’s where Portal was born.

It’s a space for people who feel the call to finally do the thing they’ve been circling, a lifestyle shift, a long-held creative vision, or a full identity rebirth.

Here, we slow down enough to hear the truth.
We reclaim the parts we gave away.
We rewild what’s been tamed.
