For years, I was the one trying to make everything okay for everyone else. I was the good girl. The mother. The fixer. The over-giver. And I was tired. Not just in my body, but in my soul.
It wasn’t until I realized I wasn’t responsible for how others feel — only for how I show up in my own life — that everything began to change.
When I Irealized there is no boss!
That was the moment I stepped through my own portal.
